VENTURE:WMT) announced that the Jiaxing Intermediate Court, in Jiaxing, China has accepted West Mountain Environmental Technology
China Co., Ltd's lawsuit against a former employee Justin Shen and a related company in respect of their illegal use of the
Company's proprietary intellectual property (patents).
"We are appreciative of the Court's action to hear the case," said Timothy Mahoney, President and CEO, "protecting our
Company's intellectual properties from theft is fundamental to protecting our investment in China and in turn protecting
shareholder value. We will pursue every legal avenue to stop Mr. Shen from illegally using our technology."
The Company anticipates conclusion of this case within the next 6 months.
