RRITUAL SUPERFOODS ISSUES SHARES TO REDUCE INDEBTEDNESS

Effective as of Sept. 21, 2022, Rritual Superfoods Inc. issued 5,104,893 common shares of Rritual at a deemed issue price equal to the volume-weighted average price of the common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange for the 20-trading-day period ended Sept. 15, 2022, being 1.2 cents per common share, to reduce an aggregate of $61,258.72 in indebtedness of the company.
