The market is not buying it !

All of this news and the market is still selling it off.  ( certainly not buying on the news ).

This stock is only for extremely patient investors.

they have had very positive conference calls for a year now and to know avail the stock price is way down.

I believe it's worth at least 3.50 no one seems to care whatsoever.

I personally believe management needs to get a fire up their butt!!

With a waste of time on the strategic review and probably money which wasn't disclosed. ( just saying management should've had enough time to figure out how to accelerate the sales and I feel very slow to action.)

I understand complicated but that's why they make large salaries.

just speaking from the pain of someone that's owned it for a long time. If you have not, you probably don't understand.

but I say it it's 100% buy, but feel you might need more patience than I have.

who cares about the market price tbh, would you be happier if it was 2.60$? or 2.90$? or 3.60$? drip and enjoy life

I am dripping it but after owning it for such a long time, I have to be honest and I'm getting a bit tired.    and to be honest the market price absolutely matters eventually....    Would be much happier at $3.60 I would sell for a very nice profit!!!  ( move on ) owned it for to long without reward...!! ( other then the divedend )

reits are out of favor and not even moving when catalysts come out - look at H&R after that huge office deal a couple months ago. indifference. happy to collect the distribution here and wait for sentiment to improve and rates to fall. given the noi growth, i dont see interest rates where they are as a huge threat and dutch political risk has fallen given shakeup...

Bought today 2.25CAD, finished to switch from my Plaza REIT position to the ERE.UN , with AFFO payout less 90% distribution looks more stable for me compare with Plaza , multifamily sector more reliable now. Only one obstacle - externally managed , but management company owns lots of units, so hopefully no conflict of interest
