CAR ATM Plan

Along with their results recently, CAR (65% owner) announced a $400M Plan to issue units “at market” when appropriate. That amount is sufficient to take ERE private so that option is available with the cash raised. It certainly would be attractive with a 8% return on the investment and possible capital gains in a tight market. As the manager presently, the risks would be minimal.
