Stuck at 23

No upside in the forseeable.  Why? Two things come to mind. It will be 5 to 10 years before a mine is built, if ever.  And should it be built there will be a reverse stock split to help pay for whatever.  I still own shares so i would be happy if someone could refute this depressing scenario.
