Did you know...
...there was a .03 "quarterly" preferred share dividend back in October of 2004, and .03 in December of 2004. There also appears to have been dividend(s) paid in 2005.
To confirm this, I pulled up the year end reports for 2004, 2005.

Short-lived, it appears that Aeromechanical went in a different direction, away from dividends, in 2006.
