I am here too, this REIT isn't getting the love it deserves.  I think distribution increases would help along with more properties.   It is just going to take time...

Anyway the net asset value of this company is $1.90 a share and it does not trade at even half of that. Pays a small dividend,should be more. Management has to do more to get the good word out, so ...more
