1. Acknowledge Perfection Doesn't Exist

Perfectionism is an obstacle that can keep our mind stuck in a rut, and unable to make progress. However, that shouldn't deter you from following your dreams and goals.

Breaking free from perfectionism isn't easy. Perfectionionism has been a problem for me personally. From my experience the first step is to wholeheartedly accept all your flaws and flaws.

Be aware of the many areas that you could improve on and there is room for improvement. It is a great feeling to know that you have the ability to change your life.

2. Stop Being Afraid Of Failure

People who are averse to failure will never find any chance of success. Achieving your goals requires you to face criticism, obstacles, and doubt.

The fear of failing is something you cannot afford. Instead, you should be determined to achieve your goals regardless of how many times you fail. Recognize that setbacks are not mean you're not good enough. This is just one more thing you should avoid.

If, for instance, you fail in your first startup business there's probably a number of errors you've made. It could be because you didn't establish achievable goals. There wasn't a well-constructed firm business plan.

After you identify your mistakes, you can learn from them and avoid making the same mistakes again. You can't learn if aren't willing to accept failure.

3. Have Ambition

It's not enough just to to beat a fellow farmer in an isolated town. The goal is to exceed yourself--to continually surpass your own limits.

Think about what I need in my life? Freedom? Live carefreely? Do you wish to see peace around the globe? Don't be shy and set your sights high.

The great road leads to the sky, why settle for less? There's no limit to the possibilities, as long as you're able to make a realistic decision. Particularly if it's previously been accomplished, who says you can't achieve it?

4. Imagine Your Dream Future

In order to instill a mindset of growth, it is important to imagine the ideal end in your mind. Use your vivid imagination to picture your ideal future self. What inspires you? What motivates you to be confident in yourself? What do you envision yourself as in five or ten years?

When you envision your future, you've got the mindset of a leader who is successful. You will keep track of your progress to achieve success in every area.

To realize your full potential, take on the challenges that force you beyond your comfortable zone. If you always make prudent, safe decisions it is likely that you are not fostering personal growth. As time passes and you don't notice improvements.

This is the most likely scenario. You can try adding some flavor to your the way you live. Try new healthy habits , like taking walking around the neighborhood regularly or learning a new language.

Although you may feel stressed by the new addition to your routine, this is normal response. It means you have gone beyond your comfort zone and venturing into unknown territory.

6. Make sure you are focusing on your craft

Your life won't improve if you are unable to keep your head in the clouds. You would need to be committed to mastery, working for years before you can see any positive outcomes.

Successful people like Bill Gates didn't wake up each day thinking "I would like to be person X, Y and Z." Of course, it's impossible to be certain, but I'd bet that he focused on action in order to reach his goals.

He didn't give up. He kept his head up and continued to push forward regardless of the difficulties. There's no shortcut to get what you want from life. All you have to do is the work.

7. Be Consistent

We've all experienced problems in a consistent manner at one point or another. We may have planned to finish a task in an hour, but the task ends in taking a whole couple of days. Familiar? Familiar?

I used to have difficult times working out frequently when I was younger. I never exercised. I've never been on an exercise. I could have been described as the sloth. The other day, I felt this weakness in my body.

That was a watershed moment in my life as I realized that I needed to be changed now. I began exercising nearly daily and took care of my health. I feel full of optimism and eager to pursue my own projects since I've been consistent.
