financials out late last night...headed for bankruptcy?

for Q1:

cash on hand Mar 31: $1.5 million

sales: tiny $326k

LOSS for the quarter: $2.5 million

so theyre lossing 2.5mm per Q and only have $1.5mm left in bank a sof March 31!!!

We are 4 month later so I think the bank account is close to empty and theyre losing a lot of money. they spent too much on german promotion so the promoters could sell stock and now the company is drained and not enough sales...........and a whole bunch of cheap stock coming out of escrows soon. my guess is this thing is toast

so the whole thing back in january when they said they had 7 million in the till and were going to spend on warehouse etc is all BS? That explains why the lack of info and news and the stock trading sideways. some people bought in the hype of 30's 40's and 50's. is there any indication to a road to break even? Anyone know who to contact for IR?
