It's the government boys, we had a cabinet shuffle in december, and so many employee turnovers.
They are just telling us what the government is committing. It's definately a right step forward. We are like $0.10 from the 52 week high, i'd imagine most people here are at below those prices, I advise you boys to sell if you still think this is bad news.
