RE: BLM
RE: BLMHi Blue
I called two days ago and the key geologist at the BLM has signed off but the real signature needs to come from the Yuma Office Manager and she is caught up in some wild horse issue that has nothing to do with Copperstone.
The rest of the BLM staff supports the project but there is one Be-atch that won't sign until somebody strokes her the right way. It sounds like it could take another three weeks before she realizes that putting one hundred people to work could actually be a positive thing for society, rather than rampant poverty in La Paz County, which has one of the lowest income per Capita in the US.
Maybe she feels a wild horse will stray one hundred miles off course and accidentally jump the Copperstone security fence and bolt towards the access portal, pick open the lock and then due what wild horses often do, which is put on a miners lamp, grab a jack-leg drill and start stoping 30 tons a day of 10 gram per tonnne gold.
Seriously speaking, BZA needs to go over the Be-atch's head and speak with the Regional Manager in Denver, failing that, call John McCain's Chief of Staff and complain that the Be-atch is not following mandatory statutory regulations by failing to sign the FONSI which has already been drafted.
