That's right...these boards are speculation.....but when you mention someone's name, and it's not true,,,,that's slander and libel....  as in this post,  when someone tells someone else ....someone is posting a warning to a poster about a certain posting "You do realize that you're publicly claiming Jim Bagwell is committing crimes, don't you?" .....you wouldn't be the first to have to answer your charges in court......
