RE: FinancingCould shareholders actually block the proposed massive dilution? Do we have enough votes to vetoe this insane plan (I am calling jit insane because management has beeen mumbs about the reason)? Will Sprott be on our side. Can we encourage SPROTT to buyout the company?>
