RE:BZA new shares: personal opinions

I for one will with-hold my "quiet applause"s  until I see improvement on the s/p.  At 500-600 m shares out, I can't see us escaping 10 cents a share even if the company manages to achieve production 2000 oz/month and Superna manages to produce (which will take years and tons of $$ for them to develop the mine considering how long and how much $$ it took BZA).  Even after Superna produced, BZA will get only 40%. 

I would have prefered, rather than massively die-loot us (or loot-us-to-death), BZA do a debt finance (or something similar to that nature) with some financial institution or with SPROT.  The challenge of course is to find an institution that would be willing to play with BZA.  Nonethese, now it is water under the bridge or shall I say, shareholders under the bridge.

The dilemma BZA will have for doing a PP to get $10M at 0.05 a share is who in their right mind would engage in a PP for 0.05 cents when they could purchase BZA at less than 0.04.  It is a double-edge sword, this loot-us-to-death thing.

However having said that, like you, I have no other choice but to remain "hopeful" as I am too much in the red ink with bza.  Like many folks on this board, i wish I had gotten out much, much earlier.
