This is a no brainer. The dilution is done to get the money needed. The big boys like Sprott wll then run the stock price up and then there will be a 100:1 reverse split to get the price up into the big leagues. So for example the price is taken to .30. Then the reverse split of 100:1 puts it at 3.00 share where the institutions will start buying.........nice plan ...too bad for us though.......if the timing is done correctly we stand to make a lot of money.
