AMERICAN BONANZA GOLD MINING CORP
American Bonanza Gold Mining has completed a public offering announced on May 24, 2002, of 15,384,600 units at a price of 13 cents per unit for a total of CAD2.0 million. The proceeds from this financing will be used primarily for the exploration and further development of the Copperstone project. The Copperstone project has an estimated total resource of 2.1 million tons at an average uncut grade of 0.58 oz/ton gold, containing over 1.2 million ounces of gold. Additionally, the corporation will drill test extensions of known high-grade mineralization on its wholly-owned Pamlico project.
