RE: Just when things looked better - New IssueMaybe so, but what other penny stock trades in such a tight upward range for over 6 months? I don't even know many big cap stocks that pull off that one. This stock has traded in about a 5 cent range since March. For a tiny penny stock with fairly large fluctuating volumes, what's the explanation? Random event?
