Sorry to say that I agree with your assessment! I have closely followed a couple of oil and gas companies also, and their 1-2 month estimates invariably mean 4-6 months. I will be real surprised if we see any (actual) action at Fenelon inside 4 months. None the less, Bonanza does have a successful/productive drilling campaign ongoing at copperstone and it probably really only makes sense to progress that campaign to a more successful exit point, before focusing more exclusively on Fenelon (unfortunately).
