Syarh spherical graphite production plant

What effects is this project going to have on ALP. Its known that coated spherical graphite is high margin product to manufacture. I am curious what effect Syrah production plant in the US is going to have on any graphite that could be produced in Coosa? I would assume Syrah would ship their graphite to their production plant to convert it to "csg". Would that be cost effective, or was it more a PR to show investors their presence in the US would convince investors to believe they may supply Tesla?

To be clear, I am long on ALP and have been for awhile and heavily invested, just really trying to understand all the possible negatives
