RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Re:NorthernI believe it is the case of Northern having to prove they had proprietary technology and not Alabama.    Northern would have to prove they in fact created an inhouse proprietary technology and did not use a previously invented method as they claim.  They would have to also prove that Mr. Baxter used information that he acquired from his position at NGC, information that had not previously been released publicly through news releases or management discussions.  If that information has been made public, than there is nothing NGC can claim Mr. Baxter used due to his position. Right now it is pure speculation and despite your noble attempts to not discuss rumours, that is exactly what you are doing.  Complete lack of professionalism on NGC to post a news release with threats in it and I would expect IIROC to force them to make a retraction.
