RE:NO FS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

RE:NO FS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?It's hard to not sound like I'm bashing you, but this is the smae rhetoric that gets turfed out every time someone wants to bash a stock. Now if haf of it had merrit this would never be a play in the first place.

Second, why would WWR put out the $2M to enter into an arrangement, that by your definition, is flushing money down the drain on a worthless peice of dirt. What sense doesw it make to be a big owner of a worthless investment. I'm kinda missing the logic on that one.

Now Baxter, if we want to talk about him, is a 1 act player in this unfolding performance. He didn't create this project. He had an idea to NOTbe a raw material graphite mine, and instead be a value add player. To his credit he got everyone else to move up the value add channel. So kudo's to him.  He, for whatever reasons, could not get this train to move farther down the line, fast enough soon enough. I'm not about to debate why, because I don't know, and frankly, I  don't care. This happens in biz. No big deal. So the biz movces on.  Now we need people at the helm who can take that to the next level.

Alot of this controversy is a distraction.

The graphite content, has not changed. It's what was discovered, confirmed and promoted from the outset. Everyone knew or knows this. So what's your point???? It's not new news that just broke. Management hasn't been hiding it and we just discovered some big cover up. The point here is it's a reserve. It can be mined. It doesn't need to be mined (right now). It might be beneficial not to mine it in fact.

The other thrust of the organization is the processing opportunity (value added graphite products) and the manufacturing of battery ready products, of which we already have one taker, as an additive for auto battery enhancers.

Lots of good work has been done.

The technology did not leave with D.B. So the biz continues on all fronts. There is no damage control on his departure, because as some like to suggets, he wasn't accomplishing what was needed. I don't know about that. BUT new folks at the helm, injecting money, possibly means some progress.

Just a few post holiday thoughts and of course JMHO.

Even if you are in denial that the deposit is so low grade that funding will never happen, at least recognize that CSPG is years behind its competitors. How many mines do you think will get funded? Supply and demand is the most important factor and Mason will be up and running in the mid term, syrah is already producing and FMS with the best ranked mine in N.A. and #2 in the world has had a FS study since 2013. Apparantly they are close to getting full financing.

Why in the world would you stay with a company that;

  1. Has an exceptionally poor deposit
  2. Has little to no chance of ever being funded
  3. Is years away from production even if they manage to get money.
  4. Is years behind its competitors.
  5. Has very serious red flags everywhere you look,  censorship being the biggest
  6. Has just paid off all the insiders at more than double the current market price.
  7. Baxter has taken his payout and is gone.

Seriousy, it doesn't get any worse than this.
