PEA

PEAHello again, How can ALP not have a favorable PEA?  The potential mine is in the USA.  In a warm climate for year round operations.  In a mining friendly state. On private lands. Previous infrastructure.  Very high grades. Large and jumbo flakes. I am confused about a PEA.  This is beyond a fessibility study, right?  So if Americans want BUY American, then how can ALP not have a positive PEA?  Thanks for your thoughts.
