Haha that's hilarious, I love that.  CEO is no dummy, he's got a lot of experience on the banking side, so I'm sure he knows what stockhouse is.  In terms of legality, he should only be telling you known info, he may not even be able to answer your questions.  BUT he's a pretty quiet dude, and probably wants the news releases to be reflective of facts?

Regardless of if you disclose on stockhouse, it shouldn't matter....
