"Ongoing work on Coosa property includes continued metallurgical testing and analysis. Simple flotation and limited polishing has achieved beyond the 95%Cg across all concentrate sizes. This is encouraging as a single stage polish is proving to be effective. A final flowsheet will be refined and tested as the Company progresses to a Pilot Plant in the near term."

thanks "micromanager" for these informations. It seems don baxter is confident that Coosa deposit's graphite could achieve easily 95%+ purity after simple flotation. Lets hope the next metallurrgical results will prove him right.

The previous deposit he worked on (lac knife) at Focus graphite, had amazing graphite quality (96%+ purity after simple flotation) and produced very high quality spherical graphite for battery anodes. Hopefully those results could be replicated with Coosa or Bama graphite.
