And one of the observations was how Roda was keen to avoid any discussion of graphene until proper papers on  intellectual property had been filed ... Add, many will have noted, as co-CEO, Roda's responsibility is developing the "graphene" part of the business ... See Company press release from June 18, 2015. In it, the statement that really caught my eye was:

"Mr. Ron Roda will remain as President, and co-CEO, Corporate Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors, with primary responsibility for corporate strategy, developing the company's technological interests, intellectual property and determining commercial scalability of its naturally occurring graphene discoveries."
