RE:RE:The question is how much dilution to raise the $43.2 mill A long  way to worry about $43M, this is preliminary, now they have to drill and trench to move resource to measured and indicated resource and do another 43-101, but drilling and trenching is cheap on this project.

Probably some more mettalurgy testing

Next an environmental plan and a final bankable feasibility based on that and the new 43-101.

Then offtake and sales agreements and then see if $43M is still the number needed. There is a posibility off off take agreements being part of a  financing? All American grants were mentioned. Government guaranteed loan,  Tesla financing. lots of posibilities

I like the project, just saying there is work to do
