Yes ..share ideas. That's the point. I shared my ...what I thought were helpful ideas how to get the clearest idea of what's going on so what's the problem ?  What did you bring to the board to "share" ? Nothing really.
I apologize if you were offended by the suggestion you get off your lazy a s s and do some actual reading yourself instead of expecting someone to take time out of their day and giving you something handed to you in a summary report which you seem to think you have some kind of right to.
