boy your are jumping the gun...even if the chinese government was to delay or cut..... there is no availability for at least 2 to 3 years away to produce the raw material the dod would need....your assumption is just like ::: wow we had a power failure for half an hour  let s get those solar system worth 40,000 up on the house right away.... your are overreacting  the dod is not going to run alabama graphite.... at this time alabama graphite has to come up with fund raising to cover the FS
and until that is done all the speculation you may come up with will be speculation.. if alabama was completely confident they could issue shares even though it would dilute the base and raise the money for the FS....and rightly so it would be the right move,  dilution would be acceptable if production is to start....
