Does anyone know if the auction proceeded as planned on March 4th?.

There was some foreign interest in the bancruptcy sale, and I'm wondering if the auction was cancelled because of the Hunter Metal Act which was put forward on March 7th.
The Hunter's Metal Act is of interest to CSPG investors.
