This view rests almost entirely on conjecture

 

For the past few months most of us have been hoping they would announce that they were moving forward with the feasibility study. It appears however than management thought they could get an offtake agreement without one. They have been having lots of discussions with the DOD and the DOE etc. and obviously they have reached a stalemate. Is it possible that the battery companies have informed CSPG that no agreements can be made without one, and who knows they may have a deal is place on the condition of a positive feasibility study result.
