RE:You'll get your premium becauseWell, I would not call it a "good" deal at all. We are basically getting $0.117 per share of CSPG. I would have thought we were worth a premium, over the last price. That said, I always thought the NASDAQ was a much better place to be. But be prepared for a lot of volatility. Let's hope for great upward volatility and much better liquidity. The other thing I did not like about CSPG was that we are/were a Canadian company. That did not fall into the "Buy in America" mantra well enough. Now, we will be 100% American. I am not happy with not getting a premium immediately, but feel that we will do okay in 2018.
