I haven't decided this is a bad dealing yet, BUT that doesn't mean we shouldn't prepare. I'm local to CSPG head office in Toronto where the Special General meeting for a vote will be held. 

I will ill take a -ve vote forward if that's what people want. Again let's give it a few weeks to percolate. 
In the mean time, why don't people message me with their share holding size and warrants outstanding. 

The question is, do we have enough collective power to influence or abort  the decision?

If you are unhappy, complaining here will do nothing. It may be time to take action.
