Should I Invest in ACC???
Hi All,
New to this board. I am a young investor who has finally been able to make a note worthy contribution to my RSP. I was thinking of adding ACC as part of my real estate allocation.
This year I've been following about 2 dozen REITS and like companies, ACC being one of only a few that is down YTD. Any thoughts about the slow start this year? Of course, due diligence is on me, but just wondered if I could get some general thoughts and sentiment from those who follow this board regarding an investment. Any commentary would be most appreciated.

Now now, dont all jump in at once with your thoughts and insight... I'm not going to wait, decided to pull the trigger - this stock is oversold and presents a good opportunity given the current sp and yield. GLTA other holders.

Not proof but I suspect this company will be getting a takeover offer in the future. At what price is anyone's guess, but I'm thinking around $8-9. Its obvious Manjis is the big buyer between 6.95-7.00. I like this structure where Manjis is buying the shares rather than the company as it keeps their cashflows & cash up for the dividend. Time will tell I guess.
