10 cents above take out price....100 shares sold by 085 SC bought by 053 MS....Strange trade!

   I noticed that too ! So I offered mine @ 18/80 also,  but morgan stanley didn't bite. Anyway I am glad the deal is finally closing, after 3+ months.
