This is a terrible bid made by the CEO/Private Equity Firm and everyone should vote NO to this proposal. At a lousy $2.15 it would equate to a 7.8x 2020 EBITDA and a measly 6.2x 2021 EBITDA. This is a company that grew at over 25% on average during the last 3 years. They took an opportune time (COVID) to introduce this offer. There is no reason this company should be ...more

That post is everything that's sad about the Canadian markets. ACES has been undervalued for years. But it takes a buyout offer to get investors to finally recognize (and finally pay up for) it.
