RE:Compensation at Teuton is as badRobizounskin, if the Teuton compensation is comparable then why are you not also bringing this item up on the Teuton board? Rockport1 is always bashing AMK and promoting TUO. He has been put in his place more than once for his agendas and doesn't have much credibility left, as you have inferred by your post here. But, what about you? Why no post on the Tudor board about management compensation there? Last I checked Mr. Konkin was pulling down over $400K plus options, etc. I haven't looked lately but I imagine it hasn't decreased. The AMK, TUO and TUDOR compensation is right in line with the industry norm as far as I can tell. And if options are worth something doeasn't that mean that management kept things on the rails and/or increased shareholder value? Options are always issued at the at-the-time market price. They aren't worth a dime when issued.
