RE:Acreage vs Curaleaf???

RE:Acreage vs Curaleaf???

In my opinion the reason is constellation brands. Look let's think about this for a second. Were
there any rules on how much stock constellation brands can buy of acreage holdings? No there is not.

Canopy growth will become a fully owned subsidiary of constellation brands. It is already written in the stars, in the constellations themselves ;)

long story short, constellation wants acreage they agreed on the deal and extended there timeline out 2 years with canopy to acquire them.

they are trying to shake all retail out of acreage. they have been purposely driving the price of acreage down so that when canopy does buy them will have all there ridiculously priced acreage shares turn into canopy and own more of canopy so that when they finally do decide to buy canopy they don't have to pay as much because they will have bought all they can from the retail of acreage.

you see it's a big playbook, these guys are playing chess, everything is going according to plan and if you can hold until November of 2023 when all those warrants expire well son your gunna make some nice coin.

buy as much acreage as you can.
