we eaked out a little gain today
we eaked out a little gain todaydespite the fact that SH did a little blurb on their front page about Multi State Operators which was less than kind towards Acreage. It is worth a read though and it has the writers winning picks from the wheelbarrow full of potentials. I was dissapointed that Acreage did their one time dividend special and gave $3 a share to existing shareholders which if left in bank would technically have shored up our shareprice with about $3 cash and eliminated the need to arrange expensive financing. Good new though is that we have money in waiting. Acreage has been very liberal with director fees and such, like Mulroney (former Prime Minister of Canada) slopping up $13 million to put his name on the deal and I don't know what John Boehner got and how involved either of them are or if they are still with the company. I have always had huge issues with management's sense of entitlement to investor's investments no matter which way the wind is blowing the investment. I prefer the share renumeration based on personal investment such as matching funds deals which insures that management has skin in the game and are more the pig than the chicken in the bacon and eggs story. Management slopping at the trough for mere participation or name dropping without positive performance is a ridiculous concept readily embraced by our hotshot management teams who don't give a sh!t about saving face. That's not what your parents taught you and if they did then you are just a second generation sheister without morals and scruples. I guess because of the deal that is already inked with Canopy that our low shareprice is only going to sweeten the deal and allow investors in cheap when the deal is triggered for Canopy shares. Dave Jackson in his SH blurb asked where's the beef? Right now it is with you and your bashing our Acreage and others in favour of your preferences or maybe your advertisers. glta and dyodd
