96 million are locked up until May 14th, then the float will grow significantly. This can put serious downpressure on a stock, or have little effect at all. In this case ( i need to do more research , and also thanks for answering my original question :) ) if the price at the time of the unlock is significantly higher, early investors will often cashout some or all. Tilray owner came out today and said they will be keeping their shares held close and dont expect to see a huge free float any time soon. Lets hope Acreage does the same... see Tilray today? Wow
