Constellation

just firmed up its committment to Canopy and has shown more of their intentions.  That influx of cash will scare the beejeezus out of the shorts I suspect and they either have nowhere else to put their money for a return on investment or want to solidify their belief that Canopy is a world leader.  I do miss Linton and his crystal ball views of what the cannabinoid business is going to look like in the future.  Constellation's management team is hedging for the reduced sales of alcohol and intent on replacing it with healthier alternatives.  Constellation is a world leader for the beverage business and see the future for being bright with cannabinoid infused beverages and I am sure are instrumental in Canopy's formulation of Tweed Houndstooth, which I purchased, to try, and found dissapointing in flavour and effect was zero, for me.  They will get their formulations and recipes right or they will buy rights or recipes from somebody else like Tinley who have won a couple of awards for their cannabinoid infused beverages.  They see beverages as huge moneymakers and if they didn't act to be a part of hemp and marijuana infused beverages will suffer their bottom line for not doing so.  Constellation didn't get to the value it is by being reactive, instead they are proactive and doing their part to write the future and move towards it.  Acreage and the deal to deal seems almost forgotten by investors, who are unaware of the potential that Canopy saw in it and inked a buyout to happen when the right legislation falls into place.  These 3 companies are moving very carefully to not queer the deal that is going to happen when the trigger gets pulled.  Acreage has a good amount of the pieces that Constellation and Canopy need to continue to be world leaders in the greenrush and that latest $200 million investment will get some recognition from investors and shortsellers.  It is already showing up in after hours uptick in Canopy.  If you believe my narrative of what is happening, Acreage looks like a sweet deal right now despite the Cinderella status.  I honestly can't believe that US business hasn't forced the Feds to action in regards to unencumbering their launch of the greatest greenrush the world will ever see.  Smart US investors are buying shares through foreign exchanges in the hopes that they can rely on State law superceding Fed law.  There is very little doubt that the States will happen at the Federal level and even less doubt that fund managers, brokers, bankers and mostly investors are lined up and waiting to throw down their cash with expectations of a multi-bagger.  Some of the msos have been beaten down worse than our forgotten Acreage.  glta and dyodd
