Acreage Holdings Inc > I don't want to see any kind of a deal

I don't want to see any kind of a deal

that is less than the last terms of the revisited deal.  Originally the consideration of this deal was valued at 4.3 billion dollars.

Even at $6 US for the 30 million floating shares out there it is only 180 million dollars to take care of those shares even though the company will be under the control of Canopy for the floating shares tht that they took control of for the revisited price of $38 million and they have to print up 1/3rd more Canopy shares to swap for the Acreage fixed shares (78million, I believe).  Printing shares costs nigh on to fockoll.

That deal struck when Constellation put their input into the revisited deal was cheap by any standard but at a time when Acreage was scrambling for funds.

According to Caldini, we are a different company now and on the verge of black ink which should command a higher price for our shares that have been in the hands of marketmakers who have deliberately walked this down to these levels.

The audacity of STZ to try to revisit the deal once again at the half a share of Canopy deal for each Acreage fixed share is a far cry from the $6 US per share that was last inked.

Also moving all of the US assets into a private llc company called Canopy USA may be beneficial for management but bad for shareholders of Acreage fixed and floating.

Private companies don't have to tell shareholders what is going on at all and only major shareholders are privy to any information.\

We are closer than ever to the US decriminalizing pot at the Fed level and the upside for shareholders holding for that event is tantalizing.

There should be  lots of money around for a conglomerate of companies with this much potential, especially the Acreage Holdings.  It will take more money for sure to get to full launch in the US but that is where the money is and I'm betting that there are lots of investors sitting on dry powder in anticipation of this event.

I've got lots of Acreage but on the bid for WEED for 10k shares.
