Last slip
My bet, is that the last slip was caused by old Henry Harland, he knew that no news was comming in and shorted massively to have more stocks with his settlement.
He is smarter than everyone here. Good for him. He created Acasti with the spun out form Neptune.
Now, he hold a significant number of Acasti shares and always believe in Acasti.
With the shares tranfer from Neptune, Neptune won't be there to save Jan this year, she is in serious danger! Next months will be interesting to see if will try to take the control of Acasti.
Morningstar could help us with Henri intention lol

With shares + warrants I have a significant number. Henri is a smart man, he knows how to promote a company. I hope that he will get involve and put this jewell back on track (around 44$ like 2013 would be great ;) ). I think Jan burned shareholdres and she is done. No shareholders trust her anymore to deliver value for shareholders. Hopefully Henri will take care of her shortly.

it does look like he wanted more acasti shares or he may just sell the whole 3 million and what will that do to the share price? more anonymous selling today probably him
