Acadian corporate presentation in Vancouver

Acadian corporate presentation in VancouverAcadian Gold is making a corporate presentation at the Cambridge House Mining Conference (21-22 January in Vancouver) on January 22, 2007. Maldoror expects that ADA will present an updated cash flow projection for 2007 and 2008. Greg McCoach(last week) published his report on ADA and selected ADA as his No. 1 pick. Greg McCoach is one of the panelist at a presentation entitled 'Picking Juniors' at the Cambridge House Mining Conference on January 21, 2007. It stands to reason that at that meeting that he will highlight his No 1. pick and that happens to be Acadian Gold. John Kaiser is another speaker on that panel and therefore that particular workshop will be well attended. Immdiately ahead we have the publicity generated by the conference (which is a gathering of who's who in the mining investment letter writing business as well as most active junior exploration mining comapnies in Canada)and most importantly an announcement that ADA has received the final permit to start operating the zinc mine as well as an announcement of the financing to bring the zinc mine in production. Maldoror understands that it is likely that the financing will be in the range of $15 million to $17 million and that there will be an equity component to the financing (convertible debt). There are quite a number of warrants outstanding. They are all in the money and these warrants are in process of being exercised as they expire in 2007. Consequently current cash position of ADA is estimated to be in the $3 million range. Maldoror expects that the stock market will react favorably to these announcements and expects higher prices for ADA. The 2007 $2.00 objective of some of the letter writers is a conservative projection. Maldoror.
