I wouldn't be too concerned about seeing selling shortly after options are exercised. It was probably triggered by the need to cover the income tax from the exercised options. There could be a number of reasons by people sell, I would personally sell any shares I receive as compensation right away. I wouldn't want all my financial eggs in one basket.
