Timely reporting
Timely reportingIn terms of reporting on developments, the co's management has the responsibility of reporting facts that are of a material nature . The junior companies that report on a one hole at the time basis do so for one reason and one reason alone and that is to promote the stock price within a very short time horizon (the well known pump and dump strategy). These announcements are usually not very meaningful, except to push the stock up sufficiently in a reaction to a "glory" hole, which benefits the promotor/seller but few others and certainly not the amateur "sucker " buyers. The 12 holes being drilled on the Bathurst property will most likely be released all at once and in due time. It is not relevant whether that is in one week, two weeks or three weeks from now.Management has the responsibility to release material information on a timely basis and it is in their interest to do so.
