Back in Delaware and my call with a nice lady...

I spoke with the court in Delaware today. Fellow on the line was solid for a government worker. The last socket on the court's site Sept 2023 is far, far from the last. He said there are pages of entries after that one. That's when I called the trustee. I spoke with a lady who told me they are arguing about several Mattera and the next material updates are likely DEEP into the summer. Pension by itself had a surplus of $23 million and there are receivables they are haggling over as well. Neither touched valuation with a 10 foot pole because firstly equity holders are investors with zero claim on any assets and like I said there is quite a. It of money in play. The cessation of dockets on EPIC was more mechanical: gotta pay a few to post and transitioning from Ch. 11 to Ch. 7 is basically a sale so no point updating people on something that's probably not gonna happen. But can you imagine if they just walk away from the retirees with $23 million? Thats a buck a share.
