excuse me 'new hires will not...' they are experienced bagmen with track records - read it again. What has 0.05 got to do with it? it is the risk reward ratio that is the motivation for investors to bankroll the next stage. No 'miracle' required - just contacts in the investment world that will assess that it is prudent to get in now when the land package is 99.5% complete rather than waiting for 100% when the herd will stampede in.
