AGM grants options
To certain directors, officers, consultants, and employees of the Company.
Did not knew that consultants can also get options, I though you needed to be a director or employee of the company?
Also AGM was trading at close to .32 and they bring the SP$ down to .285 before the announcement of the options at that specfic price?
Why not making the option at say .32 at least?
It sound like feeding the friends to me but what do I know.
