stock is testing 8 month downtrend line and is now above its 50& 200 day moving average

The latest earning is excellent but no buyers. I use MENE.V chart, more accurate. Volume has been very week.  A sudden surge of new buyers can be explosive to stock price. I can be wrong of course.
