Are you talking about Verdient which will be built in Saskatoon https://www.verdientfoodsinc.com/?

They are initially sourcing yellow peas and converting them into protein/food ingredients but other pulses will likely be sourced later. The investment comes from Hollywood movie director James Cameron and his wife. 

This is on current trend with AGT's minot facility (4 lines fully operational now) and will only bolster the worldwide market for global pulse proteins and food ingredients.
